You as a Maintenance Technician will:
Operate and maintain all courthouse equipment and tools

Respond to emergency, urgent, routine on-demand service requests and performs preventative and corrective action on facility mechanical and courthouse equipment and systems

Monitor assigned equipment and systems by conducting facility walkthroughs and Building Automation (BAS) monitoring

Lead tradesmen/ subcontractors (accompany) on equipment repair, preventative maintenance and calibration. Issue permit-to-work and hot work permits. Report any noncompliance and safety-related matter

Ensure conformance to the Environmental Management System within key process areas
