Communicate with other departments, providing regular updates on repair timelines and potential impacts. Assist with developing planned maintenance schedules for routine inspections on equipment, building and facility inspections optimising time and resources effectively. Conduct routine equipment, building and facility inspections to ensure ongoing functionality and compliance, report maintenance needs, repairs and potential issues.
