Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and professional Maintenance & Tooling Lead Technician to join our team in Pluangdaeng, Thailand. In this role, you will lead maintenance and tooling operations, ensuring optimal equipment performance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facility. You will oversee a team of technicians while managing preventive maintenance programs, tooling optimization, and technical troubleshooting to support production excellence.
Lead and supervise maintenance and tooling teams, providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence
