Job Description: The primary role will focus on improving and standardizing Aster's maintenance and turnaround planning practices. Provide planning support for various plant unit maintenance activities in Aster, including delivering training and coaching for new personnel in the role. Collaborate with discipline engineers to review existing work plans and continuously enhance them to improve efficiency and enable more productive site execution.
