GCI's Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining Retreat facilities including buildings, septic system, water distribution system, power generators, boats, vehicles, and appliances. Perform carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and appliance repair functions. Assists other staff in performing routine tasks involving Retreat operations and maintenance activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Perform assigned maintenance work including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, as well as equipment, boat, and vehicle maintenance and repair.
+ Perform assigned recurring tasks including septic system service, service of electrical generators and water distribution system.
+ Maintains Retreat tools, vehicles, and boats; keeps shops and outbuildings clean and properly organized.
