Maintenance Worker

Summary This position is located in Ozark National Scenic Riverways, in the Maintenance Division. Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. You will work from approximately October-April, and you will be in a non-pay status for the remainder of the year. Responsibilities As a Maintenance Worker your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Performs repairs to buildings and quarters. Constructs, installs, repairs and replaces items such as doors, shelves,supply racks, hardware, frame structures, windows, trim and cabinets. Uses both hand and power tools such as hammers, bars, handsaws, screw drivers, squares, skill saws, jig saws, routers, hand-held belt sanders and drills. Applies premixed paints or stains to masonry, gypsum board or wood surfaces using brushes or rollers. Paints various types of structures such as interior and exterior metal, wood and masonr...
