Mall Finance Associate

*You will be responsible for** Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility Issuing Mall transactions Period closure activities Checking the accuracy and timelines Sharing knowledge and best practices with other colleagues Following the instructions and fulfilling assignments given to me by my line manager and delivering ad hoc tasks Calculating the leasing rent, turnover and other charges according to our contracts in accurate and timely manner in line with accounting rules Preparing the periodic charges and send them for Finance Manager approval Paying attention to detail and work strictly to the deadlines and to local legal tax regulations so our tenants receive the properly calculated invoices on time Updating the mall management system at appropriate times to keep necessary information up to date (deposits, guarantees, indexation, etc.) Being the first conta...
