Managed Care Analyst - Taguig

Position Summary:

The Managed Care Operations Analyst supports contract operations, compliance, and reimbursement processes to ensure adherence to payer agreements. This role manages contract documentation, fee schedules, policy tracking, and provides analytical and escalation support to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain managed care contracts, payer policies, and fee schedules.
• Manage contract databases and respond to internal inquiries regarding payer terms.
• Monitor payer policy changes and assist with financial impact analysis.
• Support claims resolution, reimbursement investigations, and dispute documentation.
• Draft payer correspondence and identify process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:
