Managed IT Field Engineer
About The Role
Location: Birmingham (field-based with travel to customer sites)

We’re looking for a Managed IT Field Engineer to deliver high-quality third line desktop and endpoint support across customer environments, both remotely and on-site.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Technical Support, you’ll provide advanced technical support across managed IT services, supporting incidents, requests, onboarding activities, projects and migrations. This is a hands‑on field‑based role for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem‑solving and working directly with customers.
You’ll be trusted to work independently at customer sites while remaining closely aligned with our service desk and wider technical teams.
