This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can quickly get up to speed, add value from day one, and support a busy finance team with both BAU and project work.
Key Responsibilities
Production of monthly management accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations
Variance analysis and commentary
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
Business partnering with operational teams
Improving processes and controls where needed
About You
Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
Proven experience in a management accounting role
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong Excel skills and systems confidence
