MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a Management Analyst in ACOS Manpower & Personnel Division of COMNAVSURFLANT. Responsibilities You will develop and maintain force-wide manpower requirements. You will independently manage the conduct of manpower/personnel reviews, administration of manpower requirements, and follow-ups to manpower studies. You will serve as a principal advisor, planner, technical and subject matter expert (SME) in the program areas of military and civilian manpower and force management. You will perform complex organizational studies and projects by conducting comprehensive in-depth analysis of functions, mission requirements, and associated manpower requirements to propose manpower solutions. You will prepare for and participate in all Shore Manpower Requirements Determination (SMRD), Ship's Manpower Document (SMD), and Fleet Manpower Document (FMD) manpower studies of activities.
