The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Partner Nation (PN) exercise plans and programs analyst within the NORAD and USNORTHCOM J7 Joint Resilience Exercise Division. Responsibilities Provides analytical and planning support to the USNORTHCOM PN Exercise Program. Leads, plans, coordinates, and forecasts PN exercises through established Security Cooperation processes and protocols such as SSCIs, PN APAs, and AM&E. Supports all PN exercise programmatic activities. Plans and develops strategies for forecasting PN exercise budgets, developing budget allocations with the staff and components, and monitoring budget execution. Develops, prepares, coordinates, and presents comprehensive reviews of PN exercise concepts and plans to USNORTHCOM leadership, the Joint Staff, and OSD.
