Management and Program Analyst

Summary This position is in the Office of Strategic Outreach and sits within the immediate Office of the Assistant Secretary for Veterans' Employment and Training Service. OSO engages with Federal, State, and local governments; private-sector employers and trade associations, institutions of higher learning, nonprofit organizations, and Veteran Service Organizations to establish and develop a network that enables the full potential of transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses. Responsibilities For the GS-14 Management and Program Analyst position the duties include: - Leads the development of brochures, fliers, and general informational materials to promote licensing, credentialing and apprenticeship programs and participates in trade and job fairs and make presentations to targeted employers. - Develops and fosters professional relationships with industry, apprenticeship coordinators (state and local), Department of Labor Apprenticeship Office, Advisory Committees'...
