Management Policy Support

The Management Policy Support role provides critical project, governance, and analytical support to the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Policy Squad within the Cyber Security organization. This position plays a key role in policy workstream planning, governance operations, data analysis, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, experience in financial services, and the ability to support global governance programs with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project support for the IAM Policy team, including Jira management for policy planning, tracking, and change management
• Manage the IAM cyber controls tool certification program and support its transition from project mode to business-as-usual operations
