Job Title: Management Trainee – Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day client communication and coordination
- Understand client briefs and share clear, actionable inputs with creative and digital teams
- Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital)
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Track project progress and maintain status reports
- Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and consumer insights
- Support in campaign performance tracking and reporting (especially digital metrics)
- Ensure quality control before final delivery to clients
