**About the Role:**

+ The Business Analytics Channels & Servicing Team partners with stakeholders in channel management and transformation to deliver a comprehensive view of customer sales and service touchpoints across all channels. Our goal is to understand how interactions throughout key journeys, for example, onboarding, investment management, etc. impact overall customer experience, retention, and cross-channel engagement.
