Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Area of Responsibility & DescriptionSupplier Capacity Identify and mitigate supplier capacity constraints aligned to program master plan; manage RFQs and techno-commercial evaluations
Drive capacity expansion via FTG, tooling duplication, dies, and process improvements; execute end-to-end process plans (stamping & fixtures)
Ensure capacity readiness for ECN changes, model transitions, and carryover parts post-CDMM handover
Conduct vendor evaluation with SQA, tool buy-offs with PED, and ensure PPAP completion Execution & Governance Ensure timely execution of FTG development, die shifting, and multi-sourcing with clear milestones and ownership
