Manager, Business Analyst – D365 F&O / CRM

  • Lead and manage the Dynamics 365 technical support team, including:
    • Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Support Administrator
    • F&O Developer expanding into CRM/CE development
  • Establish clear goals, priorities, service expectations, and accountability across the team.
