Manager, Business Control Sourcing

The Manager, Business Control Sourcing is responsible for end‑to‑end finance business partnering to Global Sourcing, with a primary focus on material cost management, PPV analysis, and reference tools governance.

The role serves as the single point of accountability (PIC) for reference tools & cost savings tracking, ensuring data integrity, consistency of methodologies, and strong linkage between sourcing actions, cost savings initiatives, and P&L impact.

The role plays a pivotal role in enabling competitive product economics and protecting gross margin across a complex, multi‑tier supply base.

This role partners closely with Global Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, and Business Unit Finance to ensure that sourcing decisions are grounded in sound financial analysis and aligned with company‑wide profitability objectives.
