Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As core business partner to lead Vertical Collaboration (VC) project process. Monitor in-season sell out performance and enable a true sell-out model, maximizing sales through ultra-fast supply responsiveness while minimizing inventory across the market. Lead the most accurate demand plan for all channels and ensure demand plan is aligned with Channel targets and GCA strategy.

Key Responsibilities: 

Vertical Collaboration (VC) & E2E Chase Process Leadership
Partner closely with Buyers, BU, Sales Operation, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to drive the success of the VC Chase initiative. Align demand, supply, and execution plans across teams to ensure smooth operations.

Act as core business lead for the Vertical Collaboration (VC) project, driving end-to-end (E2E) chase process design, governance, and execution.
