Ledcor is hiring a Cloud Operations Manager to drive the performance, reliability, and evolution of our enterprise cloud environment. Leading a multidisciplinary team of Cloud Engineers, Analysts, and Systems Administrators across both Windows and Linux platforms, this role oversees day‑to‑day operations while ensuring seamless delivery of cloud services and customer‑facing projects. You’ll guide your team through complex deployments, migrations, and operational improvements, all while aligning service delivery with business priorities, security standards, and strategic objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors, you’ll champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
