The opportunity

The OTPP Collateral team oversees all enterprise margin activity for the Fund, covering both bilateral and cleared products. This buy‑side role provides meaningful visibility across the organization, including interactions with senior leaders from multiple divisions—relating to topics such as counterparty credit risk, inventory management, collateral eligibility, and margin optimization.

As a Manager, Collateral, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily collateral management activities, maintaining operational resilience, and supporting the ongoing enhancement of processes and controls. Beyond managing core functions, the position contributes to major cross‑functional initiatives within Public Markets Operations and across other OTPP business areas.
