Manager, Commercial Services, Southern Cone

Your Role

As the Commercial Services Manager for the Southern Cone, you are the go‑to business lead for Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, and Paraguay. This senior role owns the Digital & Physical Revenue (P&L) and drives strategic negotiations, quarterly planning, and data‑driven optimization of releases and catalog opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Revenue: Take explicit ownership of digital revenue targets by DSP and by artist. Responsible for the commercial success and market share growth of our roster in the region.
• Lead Strategic Negotiations: Move beyond standard pitching to negotiate high‑impact campaigns (home takeovers, platform exclusives, co‑created partner initiatives).
• Act as the Southern Cone DSP Counterpart: Primary lead for Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Amazon, TikTok, and Claro Música. Lead listenings and priority pitches for local, regional, and Anglo products.
