Manager - Components Management

Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring component availability, cost efficiency, reliability, and regulatory compliance through the effective management of component planning, pooling, repair and overhaul, exchange, leasing, procurement, supplier oversight, and warranty recovery activities. Develops and executes component support strategies, manages budgets, contracts, and inventory investments, while minimizing operational disruptions and Aircraft on Ground risks. Oversees vendor performance, component data integrity, reporting, and team effectiveness to support safe, efficient, and reliable fleet operations.
