Manager Corporate Facilities

Job Summary

Own and optimize all aspects of facility operations, infrastructure, and workplace environment across a diverse portfolio of facilities globally, including manufacturing, distribution, office, and shared-use environments. Based in Brossard, the role has direct responsibility for the company’s headquarters facility while supporting broader cross-site alignment in areas such as operational reliability, facility standards, strategic projects, workplace experience, compliance, and infrastructure governance. The role will work closely with local site resources and leadership teams.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Facilities Operations & Reliability

• Develop/manage preventive maintenance programs (CMMS/GMAO), maintenance standards, asset lifecycle planning, and facility performance processes.
• Ensure reliability and operational effectiveness of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, production utilities...
