Position Overview
The Manager, Strategy & Policy Office, plays a critical role in shaping Synapxe’s corporate strategies and positioning within the broader health and technology ecosystem. You will be part of a high performing team supporting Synapxe leadership to plan, formulate and review initiatives in alignment to the organisation’s priorities.
Role & Responsibilities- Work closely with Synapxe senior leaders to identify, establish and align strategic objectives and priorities across the organisation and with the Ministry of Health (MOH), including national health strategies
- Partner with various business units and leaders to facilitate the annual corporate work planning exercise, which includes translating organisational priorities into measurable outcomes and work plans, and monitoring and communicating the progress regularly to relevant stakeholders
