Position Overview

This position will be a key business partner to both Operations and Finance teams. It is responsible for developing performance management reporting tools incorporating operational and financial KPIs, and for developing and implementing accounting and operating controls to provide decision support to the business.

What You'll Do

• Develop reporting templates to capture manufacturing costs for all production facilities and provide meaningful explanations to variances.
• Present key accounting and operation KPIs and reports such as direct labour efficiencies, plant capacity, cost per unit of production, and other reporting tools to senior management.
