The Manager Customer Operations position is critical for overseeing business operations in the main Noshki City area. The role is responsible for identifying priority areas for fiber deployment, driving Flash Fiber sales and migration targets, and optimizing resource allocation to support network expansion and customer growth. It also focuses on team motivation and engagement, enhancing organizational effectiveness through technical and soft skills development, ensuring accurate subscriber mapping and GIS data for auto-feasibility, conducting network awareness and safety initiatives, and maintaining service quality through effective fault rectification, registration control, and achievement of MTTR targets.
