Manager, Data & Analytics Insurance Finance Transformation

What is the Opportunity?

As a Manager (or Senior Manager, depending on experience), Data & Analytics Insurance Finance Transformation, you will be a valued member of the RBC Insurance CFO team, acting as a data and analytics partner to drive insights and innovation across financial accounting, performance management, and planning and forecasting activities. You will lead the development and optimization of data‑driven solutions for IFRS 17 compliance, including process automation, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling. Collaborating with IT, Actuarial, and Finance teams, you will identify opportunities to leverage data and technology to streamline processes, enhance decision‑making, and ensure audit‑ready solutions.
