eMobi is a performance-driven mobile VAS business operating across multiple international markets. We work primarily with affiliate traffic models (CPA / RS / Agency), with a strong focus on traffic quality, compliance, and profitability. Despite being an established business, eMobi operates with a lean, startup-style structure: small teams, fast decision-making, and high ownership.

We are looking for an Affiliate Growth Manager – proactive, hands‑on professional who combines strong affiliate acquisition and onboarding experience with a growth mindset and ownership over funnels and landing pages used in performance campaigns.

This role is not media buying. It is about partner acquisition, clean launches, growth enablement, and performance ownership. The Affiliate Growth Manager owns the end‑to‑end growth and performance of affiliate traffic, while also acting as the internal owner of landing pages and funnel experiments.
