Roles & Responsibilities

Data Control Office lead will play a key role in setting up and strengthening the firm’s enterprise data governance framework. This role will be responsible for defining data governance policies, data quality standards, taxonomy structures, master data management processes, data catalogue, and data lineage practices across business functions.

The role requires a blend of governance mindset, process orientation, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills . The individual is expected to work closely with functional teams, technology teams, reporting teams, and leadership to ensure data is standardized, governed, reliable, and fit for decision-making, analytics, BI, and AI/ML use cases.
