We are looking for a Manager, Digital Design & Delivery to lead the development of Dillon’s firm‑wide digital design practices. The role can be based at any of our North York, Downtown Toronto, Oakville, Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener, London, Chatham, Windsor, Kingston, or Ottawa offices. Reporting to the Director, Practice Operations, the Manager will shape how our multidisciplinary teams use CADD, BIM, and related platforms to deliver projects consistently and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a robust, firm‑wide digital modeling framework, including CADD, BIM, and data standards.
- Align digital workflows and deliverables with client needs and practice standards.
- Promote adoption of enterprise templates and workflows to reduce regional silos and manual rework.
