 In this role, you will:
Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

Support the Employee Relations data reporting strategy, internally and externally:
Prepare, analyze and present data and reporting to support the Employee Relations function and broader Bank initiatives.

Leverage data insights to identify trends, patterns, and emerging issues in Employee Relations matters across the Bank. 

Conduct detailed analysis to assess consistency in the outcomes of Employee Relations cases and the ways in which these cases are managed across business lines and geographies. 

Ensure data governance practices are applied consistently to maintain data integrity and compliance.
