Stand up a centralized performance management engine for Strategic, Critical and Core Suppliers. The supply chain consists of both corporate suppliers (Indirect) and Hotel Supplier (direct).
Lead efforts to identify and mitigate poor supplier performance.
Build a comprehensive Supplier Scorecard for IHG Suppliers.
Work with the internal IHG teams to coordinate the way performance is reported across IHG.
Lead communications and Change Management efforts relating to supplier performance management.
Enable Procurement teams to monitor supplier performance, utilizing tools and processes developed for Strategic, Critical and Core Suppliers.
Work with other members of the Enterprise Supplier Management Team to advance the practice of risk & relationship management and 3rd party resilience.
Report supplier performance and compliance status to management regularly and on demand.
