Manager, External Comms

Overall Purpose of The Job:

The Manager (External Comms) will work with the Team Lead of External and Brand Communications to strengthen our organisation’s visibility, reputation, and engagement with key external stakeholders. This role is responsible for developing and shaping narratives, managing media relations, and delivering high-quality external communications that reinforce the organisation’s brand and strategic priorities. The candidate will assist in managing crisis communications and issues management, developing and implementing strategic communications and PR efforts to protect / enhance SPH Media’s corporate image and brand awareness of the company’s products, services and initiatives.
