Manager - Facility

1?? Lead and manage all plant utility operations including electrical systems, compressors, HVAC, chillers, DG sets, and water systems.

2?? Ensure 100% utility uptime to support uninterrupted production.

3?? Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for all utility equipment.

4?? Control and optimize energy costs (electricity, diesel, water, compressed air).

5?? Ensure statutory compliance with electrical inspector, pollution control board, fire & safety regulations.

6?? Prepare annual utility budgets and manage cost reduction initiatives.

7?? Lead breakdown analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions.

8?? Plan infrastructure capacity for new production lines and expansion projects.

9?? Manage vendor contracts, AMCs, and contractor performance.

? Drive sustainability initiatives such as solar power, energy efficiency projects, water conservation, and carbon footprint reduction.
