Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Overview The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis for assigned business segments, delivering actionable insights through financial modeling, performance analysis, and close collaboration with business leaders to drive data-informed decisions and operational results. This role owns end-to-end planning processes—including long-range planning—and drives the strategic direction and optimization of Oracle EPM Planning. It also leads financial aspects of special projects and strategic initiatives (e.g., transformation, scenario planning, process optimization). Additionally, the Manager advances adoption of AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and automation across FP&A workflows to modernize planning, reporting, and insight generation. The compensation for this role will be commensurate with education and/or experience.
