Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of client business scenarios, lead FDEs to rapidly build and validate AI application prototypes, provide the technical architecture guidance they need, and iteratively advance agent systems to production‑grade deployment.
• Lead FDEs in designing AI and cloud-based architectures and, through AI-assisted development, rapidly implement them in client environments, effectively integrating client application APIs and data systems in compliance with client security requirements.
• Lead FDEs in building high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure agent systems meet requirements for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Identify reusable application patterns and technical issues, translate them into product feature requests, and drive product development.
