As
Manager Global Compensation & Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping,
enhancing our global compensation landscape. You will contribute to core aspects
of compensation across regions, supporting alignment with our total rewards
philosophy, market competitiveness, and evolving regulatory requirements.
You
will work in close partnership with the Rewards team, which is instrumental in
the operational execution and continuous development of reward processes and
programs. Together, you will help ensure effective delivery, consistent
standards, and ongoing enhancement of global compensation and benefits
structures.
