Job Description
As a Manager in our Governance, Regulation & Assurance (GRA) team, you will lead client engagements that elevate governance, risk, and compliance functions, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance in Australian financial services and superannuation. You’ll advise Boards, Audit & Risk Committees, and senior executives on building trust, managing risk, and meeting evolving APRA and ASIC expectations. This role is both strategic and hands-on, positioning you as a trusted advisor and transformation leader. 
The Opportunity
Based in Melbourne, you will: 
Lead transformation: Design, assess, and uplift compliance frameworks, policies, and processes to support APRA-regulated entities, with a particular focus on superannuation. Ensure compliance arrangements are implemented effectively and aligned with applicable requirements (e.g., CPS 230, SPS 515, SPS 220, ASIC expectations...
