Manager I, Engineering Project Management

**Scope of leadership role**The Industrial Components Division of the Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) Segment is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a mechanical engineering background to focus on New Product Development (NPD) projects. This role provides the opportunity to manage projects and gain diverse exposure to differing aspects of the business, products, strategic initiatives, leadership, and teams. In this role you would support the highest priority, most complex, largest revenue impact projects within the division or the segment. The NPD environment is highly collaborative and requires a high energy, driven, assertive communicator with a strong sense of urgency.
