Manager II, Accounting

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Position Summary:The Manager II, Accountingrole reports directly to the Shared Services Senior Accounting Manager based in Manila, with functional direction, performance objectives, KPIs, and day-to-day priorities aligned through the Senior Director, Controller AMC. 

This position is responsible forsupporting the broader AMC controllership team withthe preparation and review of monthly and quarterly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complianceof all deliverableswith corporate standardsand U.S. GAAP. As a people leader, this role carries accountability for key controlling and reporting activities, provides leadership to direct reports, and plays a critical role in special projects, system implementations, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
