Work Model

This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Responsibilities

• Complies all activities or functions that by their nature are related to the position.
• Follow the rules and principles established by the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Serve as subject matter expert for all aspects of Customs compliance related to Mexican maquiladora operations.
• Interact with customers and manage the quality system to achieve quality objectives.
• Work with applicable functions within the site to determine appropriate process improvements.
• Implement actions to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS.
• Review all corrective actions submitted by the team for final approval.
• Complete analytical review of the QMS to support reduction in scrap, rework, and warranty.
• Summarize corrective action results and feed back into the QMS for continuous improvement.
