Job Summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) is a development role designed to prepare high-potential candidates for a future Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager position. This role provides hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, customer service, food quality, and financial performance.
