About the Role

We’re looking for an Inbound SDR Manager to lead our inbound SDR team responsible for North America and Latin America Direct and MSP business.

This is a high‑impact inbound leadership role focused on speed‑to‑lead, qualification excellence, conversion optimization, and AI‑powered agentic workflow and automation.

You will lead a team of inbound SDRs responsible for converting demo requests, free trials, marketing‑generated leads, and product‑led growth signals into a highly qualified pipeline for the sales organization.

In addition to traditional people leadership responsibilities, this role will help drive the evolution of our inbound engine through Agentic AI workflows, enabling automation of administrative workstreams so SDRs can focus on high‑value buyer conversations.
