The Internal Audit Manager for the Asia Region will play a key role in supporting the company’s internal audit activities across Asia, with a primary base in Shanghai. This position offers significant exposure to internal controls, risk management, and compliance within a leading global manufacturing organization. The role involves occasional travel within Asia and the to foster collaboration with local, regional, and global teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Audit
Assist the Global Internal Audit Manager in developing the annual audit plan.

Execute internal audits for all legal entities across Asia in accordance with the annual audit plan.

Document audit findings, draft comprehensive audit reports, and communicate results to audit team leaders and management.

Participate in follow-up activities to monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
