Manager – Investments

Purpose of the Role

Support Investments team of Arada in structuring, negotiating and concluding transactions whether by way of acquisitions or joint ventures for lands or business within the UAE and internationally. Support Arada by leading transaction executions including but not limited to creating & reviewing transaction structures, commercial terms, legal terms and complex transaction documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating acquisitions, joint ventures and investments within the UAE and internationally, across sectors like real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality.
• Leading preparation of offer documents including LOIs, term sheets.
• Leading creation of transaction structures, preparing financial model, and negotiations.
