Reporting to the Director, Investments (DI), the Manager is responsible for the management and analysis of investment reporting, acquisitions, dispositions, purchase financing, appraisals and strategic management decisions.
 Duties and Responsibilities 
Prepare and analyze investment data for strategic review by the DI and other Executives
Manage the acquisition process including due diligence, financial modeling, acquisition financing and partner approvals. Prepare any other relevant reporting reasonably requested by the DI and Executives from time to time
Manage dispositions and internal transfers, including the preparation of valuations, due diligence materials, returns analyses and partner approvals as required
Preparation of business cases and/​or presentations for potential investors detailing acquisitions, due diligence findings, dispositions and financings
