Overview

The Night Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the resort and reception duties during the night operation, ensuring the night operation team deliver a consistently high standard of guest service.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct the night team in their duties.
• Manage food and beverage service at night to the required standard.
• Billing and reporting.
• Liaise with security regarding incidents.
• Supervise cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience as Night Manager in a 5-star property.
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication, organisation and team leadership skills.
• Own transport and a full, clean driver’s licence.
• Fluent English – both spoken and written.
