Manager - Litigation & Arbitration

Primary:

Research work; Notice management; attending all litigation matters; making presentations on Legal update; publishing newsletters on various legal topics; IPR management; prepare legal correspondence, assist in carrying out Due Diligence.

Drafting, vetting of petitions, replies, written statements, rejoinder, writ petitions miscellaneous applications, written submissions etc., Notices, Show Cause Notices etc.

Secondary:

Review of Tenders, SPA, PPA, MOOT, BGs, Indemnity, Agreements, MOUs, 

Corporate Guarantee, Service Agreement, Leases, Contract of Employment, 

Project Documentations, Purchase Orders, Sale Deeds, Leave & Licence etc.

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

Ability to work in cross functional team; Soft spoken; Ready to accept challenges

AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND:

Have good large industries back ground of at least 10/12 years
